There's a gym in my building, so I had no excuse but to join. Typically in the past, I've just listened to Paramore songs on repeat while running, but that was starting to get a little old. So I decided to make a 45 minute upbeat type mix good for the elliptical/treadmill. I might keep this up, and might not (same goes with the gym habit), but my goal is to make one for each month.
